45ml No. 3 London Dry Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Egg White
4 Fresh Raspberries
Ice

Jigger (spirit measure)

Coupette glass

  1. Begin by adding 45ml No.3 Gin, 15ml Dry Vermouth, 20ml lemon juice and 15ml of sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Next, add 4 fresh strawberries then the 25ml egg white to give the cocktail a silky texture.
  3. Shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds. Next add your ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
