- Measure out 45ml No. 3 London Dry Gin, 5ml Triple Sec, 25ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup and 25ml Egg White into a cocktail shaker.
- First, shake your ingredients without ice. Next add ice and shake again. Double strain the White Lady mixture into a chilled coupette glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
