  1. Grab a bottle of No.3 Gin and measure out 50 ml into a jug or a jigger (a spirit measure)
  2. Pour your gin into a highball glass filled with ice. Measure out 150ml of tonic water and pour into the same glass. Gently stir to combine the gin and tonic ingredients together.
  3. Garnish with pink grapefruit & a sprig of rosemary.
