The Dirty Martini – No3 Gin

60ml / 2oz No.3 London Dry Gin
10ml / 0.3oz Dry Vermouth
10ml / 0.3oz Olive Brine
2–3 Olives

Jigger
Cocktail Shaker
Strainer

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Garnish with olives, either skewered or dropped into the drink.
*For a dirtier Martini, simply increase the amount of olive brine to taste.
