Ingredients

  • 40ml No. 3 Gin

  • 20ml Pine needle tea infused Lustau Rose vermouth

Method

  1. Add No. 3 Gin and a pine needle infused vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until the cocktail is ice cold and diluted.

  2. Pour in a coupette glass and finish with a grapefruit zest.

  3. To make a pine needle tea infusion, put 10 grams of pine needle tea in a bottle of the Lustau Rose vermouth and leave it for couple of hours. Strain before using.
