Ingredients

• 60ml No. 3 London Dry Gin

• 20ml Lustau Rosé Vermut

• 1 Pink Grapefruit

• Ice

Equipment

• Jigger (spirit measure)

• Strainer

• Cocktail stirrer

• Coupette glass

Method

1. Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupette glass.

2. Garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.
